Initial First Hour of Service

Andrew's IT Solutions Initial First Hour service charge will be at the rate of $88.00 Inc.GST. This service fee is purely for the first hour's diagnosis or work carried out on your personal computer. We do not believe in charging a call out fee and nor do we charge exorbitant fees for travel.

Every Hour After

Work that exceeds the initial first hour will be charged at an additional cost of $44.00 Inc GST. p/hr and be charged in accordance with the time spent on the job. We do not charge in increments under the hour and therefore reserve the right to charge by the hour.

Flatrate Fee For Service

Andrew's IT Solutions promotes services to all customer's and therefore to keep customer's in some circumstances we will offer flatrate fee for service that will be mutually agreed upon with the customer. With all due respect to customer's and their budget we will not turn anyone away we will try and accomodate the repairs or requirements you may need to suit your budget with in reason.

Senior Discount  10%

We offer 10% discount on all labor services to the elderly & provide them with a senior's discount for using Andrew's IT Solutions services.
